Service scope
RepairPass is a repair operations, readiness, evidence, and workflow platform. It does not provide legal advice, determine legal rights, certify regulatory status, or guarantee a repair or compliance outcome.
Customer responsibilities
A proposed customer must authorize users, provide lawful and accurate instructions, protect credentials, review operational decisions, and avoid uploading unlawful, unnecessary, malicious, or unauthorized content. Exact obligations remain subject to the approved agreement.
Data and providers
Customer-data roles, security duties, subprocessors, locations, retention, export, deletion, suspension, and offboarding must be settled in the final agreement and DPA. Mock or configured adapters do not establish a production commitment.
