Getting started

A practical path through the workspace, from product information to a reviewed repair and its supporting records.

Choose a workspace (sign-in required)

Workspaces and roles

Sign in with the account invited to your organization. If you belong to more than one organization, use Choose a workspace, then Select organization and Use selected organization before working on its records. Only organizations you belong to are available.

  • Owner: manages the workspace, team and billing choices.
  • Admin: manages workspace settings, team and operational records; billing changes remain with the owner.
  • Member: works on repair requests, quotes and evidence within the available permissions.
  • Auditor: reads permitted records and exports; cannot make operational changes.
  • Repairer: uses Assigned Repairs for work assigned to their linked repairer profile, without general access to the workspace.

Read the Dashboard

The Dashboard summarizes the selected organization's records, workflow activity and readiness gaps. An empty workspace has no repair activity to summarize. Demonstration records are synthetic examples, not real repairs.

Readiness Report highlights missing setup and evidence. A score helps prioritize work; it is not a legal determination.

Prepare Product Catalog and Spare Parts

Owners and admins maintain product models, repair information, serial ranges and repair rules in Product Catalog. Use Spare Parts to record compatible parts and their supporting information.

Public repair-service information is managed in Settings and product details. Only enabled public information appears in the repair portal. Keep private operational notes out of public description fields.

Receive and handle Repair Requests

Customers submit through the organization's public repair portal and receive a private status link. Your team can also create an internal request in Repair Requests.

Open the request, check the product and issue information, and record a human eligibility decision. Add notes and use the available status actions as work progresses. The customer status view contains selected customer-facing information, not the full internal record.

Prepare quotes and information forms

From a repair request, authorized team members can prepare a repair quote and generate a repair information form. Review the details before sharing or using them. The current form preview can be printed through the browser.

Recording a quote does not collect payment or record the customer's acceptance. Customer quote accept/reject actions are not available in the public status view.

Use Repairers and Assigned Repairs

Owners and admins maintain Repairers. Authorized team members assign an active repairer from the repair request and can record instructions or a due date.

A repairer signs in to Assigned Repairs to see their assigned work and record permitted progress updates. If assignments are missing, ask an owner or admin to check the assignment and linked repairer profile.

Keep evidence in Evidence Vault

Use Upload Document or Upload Evidence and link the file to a repair request, product model or spare part. Uploads accept supported PDF, PNG and JPEG files up to 10 MB. File type, content and required fields are checked.

New files wait for an owner or admin to review them before download is available. A manual release is a review decision, not a malware scan. Keep your original files, especially in a demonstration workspace where stored file bytes are not durable.

Review and export records

Use the request's audit export pack for its recorded workflow and supporting metadata. Audit packs provide HTML and structured JSON; they are not a full archive of original evidence files.

Settings → Import & Export supports permitted CSV imports for product catalog, spare parts and repairers, with a preview before commit. Export availability and personal information depend on your permissions. Review the content and recipient before sharing any export.
