Troubleshooting

Safe steps to take when access, a form or a file does not work as expected.

I cannot sign in or accept an invitation

Check that you are using the email address invited to the workspace. Use the most recent invitation; an older, expired or revoked link may no longer work. If another account is signed in, sign out before opening the invitation for the intended email.

Use Forgot password? on Sign in when needed. If no message arrives, check junk mail and ask the owner whether email delivery is enabled. Request a new invitation from an owner or admin rather than forwarding someone else's link.

I cannot find the right organization

Open Getting started in Help, then Choose a workspace. Check Select organization if you have multiple memberships. If the organization is not offered, ask its owner or admin to confirm your membership and invited email. Signing in does not grant access to every organization.

An action says I do not have permission

Check the selected organization and your role. Ask an owner or admin to review access for the task; some actions, such as billing changes, are owner-only. Repeatedly submitting the same action will not change your permissions.

Workspace access is unavailable

The workspace may have restricted ordinary access. Follow the options shown on the unavailable-workspace page and ask an owner or admin about its status. Do not create duplicate records in another workspace to work around the restriction.

Open the complete, most recent link from the organization handling the repair. An expired or revoked link cannot be repaired by changing its address. Ask that organization for a replacement and keep it private.

If the organization is unavailable, the status page may also be unavailable. A workspace administrator must review that state.

I am asked to wait before trying again

Too many recent attempts can temporarily limit an action. Wait for the period shown, stop repeated clicks and retry once. If the message persists after waiting, tell the workspace owner what action failed and approximately when; do not include passwords or private links.

My evidence upload is rejected

Use a nonempty PDF, PNG or JPEG file up to 10 MB. Check that the file opens correctly and its extension matches its actual format; simply renaming an unsupported file does not convert it. Complete the title and required link to a repair request, product model or spare part.

If no linkable record exists, create or ask an authorized team member to create the relevant record first. If a valid file still fails, preserve the original and report the safe error text to your owner or admin.

I can see evidence but cannot download it

Check whether it is still awaiting review, was rejected or has no original file. Owners and admins handle review decisions. In a demonstration using mock storage, a download may show a limitation notice instead of the original bytes.

If a reviewed file should be available but download fails, ask an owner or admin to check the service. Do not repeatedly upload replacement copies without checking the existing record.

A form does not save

Read the message beside the affected field and the form's error summary. Check required fields, permitted dates, numeric values and password confirmation where applicable. After a request-verification message, preserve your draft, refresh the page and try again.

After an uncertain network result, check the list or record before resubmitting to avoid duplicates. If a permitted status change is not offered, review the current workflow stage and ask an authorized team member.

A message, draft or file service is unavailable

Read the page's provider or demonstration notice. Simulated email does not deliver messages, and simulated storage is not a durable file service. Save your work or original file and ask your workspace owner about the available mode. Do not paste account credentials or private object links into feedback.
